Returns

If you receive your Oyuki order, and it doesn’t fit properly, or it is not what you were expecting, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product needs to be unused, in the original packaging with tags still intact. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please ensure you keep a record of the tracking number for the returned item.

You should expect to receive a refund 14 days from returning your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.

Warranty

All Oyuki products have a 12 month warranty. If your product has any issues during this time, we will provide you with a full refund, or an exchange. Simply email us at [email protected] and provide us with details of what you purchased, what the fault is, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

We will cover shipping costs for all warranty returns. We’ll refund the shipping costs as soon as we receive the product.
