Shipping

We dispatch orders from our Sydney warehouse three days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (but not on Public Holidays that fall on these days).

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number.

All parcels are marked as authority to leave, so your parcel will be left in a safe place. By submitting your order, you accept responsibility for items left at the delivery address. Please only enter an address that parcels can be safely left at that address. You can also leave a comment to indicate the best place to leave your parcel.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars.

Shipping within Australia = flat rate of $10.00
Shipping to New Zealand = flat rate of $15.00

Please be certain your address is correct, before finalising your order. The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched by emailing [email protected]

If parcels are returned to us as RTS (return to sender) because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we will charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address.
